Auditors will need to be at first audit by 11am, audits can continue until 5pm for markets that have 4 or more to complete.

EVENT DESCRIPTION
Attack! staff will conduct auditing during scheduled Costco demos of popchips. The audit will be 2 parts: in the first part the auditor will secret shop, observing how they’re treated as a consumer/how the demonstrator is engaging with others. The second part is “coach/popchips representative” where they’d step in and introduce themselves to the demonstrator and/or the supervisor and provide any corrective feedback if needed or commend them for a job well-done.
PROJECT ROLES
Manager:
- Positive, proactive and professional demeanor at all times
- Visit all stores on route, starting exactly at 11am
- Secret shop popchip demo at each Costco location
- Coach/Commend demonstrators and provide feedback
- Fill out 1 audit form per location
- Type and submit all audit forms immediately following the shift

UNIFORM
Staff should be dressed in business casual attire.
RATES
Manager: $22/Hour + Gas compensation*
On-call: $22/Hour + Gas compensation* if called into work
Gas compensation will be based on mileage traveled $0.45/mile
