STAFFING NEEDS
·15 - 22 PT Staff needed for local events
Staff should be young, good representatives of an athletic and healthy lifestyle, have experience working similar events, willing to learn general information about the client / event, be personable and engaging.
EVENT DESCRIPTION
The U.S. Army will be once again executing a 4 Tour, 29+ week series of events known as the Strength in Action Tour. There will be multiple activities including a rock climbing wall, an aerial simulator, athletic contests and more!!! All in an effort to promote youth leading a healthy, active lifestyle, and being "Army Strong!"
PROJECT ROLES
Lead Role:
- Taking part in project training and passing mandatory quiz
- Positive, proactive, professional behavior at all times
- Spread positive & accurate ARMY brand awareness
- Liaison between point of contact (onsite client) and team. All instructions will be filtered through you
- Confirm and manage staff and make sure team is fully booked each day of execution
- You and your team will encourage event attendees to engage with various event activities
- You and your staff will successfully work your designated area/role based on event Management needs
- Handle time sheets, capture professional event photos and
event reporting
- Submit all timesheets, photos and reporting IMMEDIATELY following the execution (same day)
- Inventory of ROI and all event day logistics
- Daily check in with Account Manager. Stay in constant communication with Attack!
- No personal cell phone use during event
Brand Ambassadors:
- Taking part in project training and passing mandatory quiz

- Encourage event attendees to engage with various event activities
- Successfully work your designated area/role based on event Management needs
- Follow manager and client directions
- Stay in constant communication with Attack!
