agency models: $150, plus full cut & color service and model gift bag

***Please not that they are paying a "FLAT" rate...that means it is inclusive of everything, all days, all fees etc. Normally the company pays the agency fee on top of your rate so it doesn't feel like it is coming out of your rate, but in cases like this it is taken out of the Flat rate...meaning on top of your commission there is also another 20% fee that the company owes coming out of that total amount. If is unusual for it to be done this way but a few companies do. If you are not comfortable with that than do NOT go to this audition...The take home rate is how much you will actually get.

$ 150.00 FLAT
-$ 30 company fee
-$ 30 commission
$ 90 TAKE HOME

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
PLEASE READ & FOLLOW THESE DIRECTIONS IN THEIR ENTIRETY. If you would like to commit to attending this audition please go to http://net33.com/rose/jobform.htm and fill in the details. Make sure to specify the job...including city and state, date, time, and what it's for in the box provided. I can't know which job to send you info on if you aren't specific.

Most shows do provide you with some gift products and some food (but that
is not a guarantee. Parking is not paid.

All rates are the total amount. The 20% commission will be taken from
that amount.

  1. That is pretty cheap for a hair show. Most Redken shows pay $350 or more. You are getting screwed!

  2. And the company fee is not taken off the $150. So if my day rate is $400, the agenct bills the client for actually $480 and that is the company fee. Then 20% is taken off the $400, which leaves me with $320. This "agency" doesn't know what they are talking about and is probably getting double by screwing you over. People try to do this to me all the time, while they don't mention the hidden house fee that is already worked into the total. Just an FYI.
