How to Lose STUBBORN Weight



Losing weight is never any fun, and it can be extremely difficult for those whose bodies are just slower to respond to any diet. There are people, who no matter what diet they have tried, still cannot simply keep the pounds off. This can lead to extreme frustration, depression, and low self esteem. Just thinking about weight loss program failures can make a person run to the fridge for more comfort food. But there is a way to outsmart genetics and retrain you mind to eat healthier. Here's how:

Step I
Evolution has caught up with endomorphs, people with naturally larger builds who have a challenging time losing weight. Naturally, your body is just wired to keep its extra padding. Somehow, there is a way to beat genetics. Start off by not starving yourself. Whichever diet plan you choose - the Atkins Diet, Jenny Craig, Curves, ect - eat their meals, but break them up into smaller meals per day.

Step II
Don't go on a diet fast. If you are hungry, eat. If you are craving, satisfy it. But, there is a right and a wrong way to do this. Eat foods that are healthier, and low in fat. So for instance, if you are craving sweets, go for naturally sweet food (not pies and candy), but healthy for you. Multi grain wheats,whole grain pastas, ect are healthy and an excellent source of fiber. But the key is to not overindulge in these calorie rich foods -- just eat smaller portions of them. Eat fresh fruits, nuts, and yogurts to keep you full and less likely to overeat.
