Branding/Advertising agency is seeking top notch Beer Ambassadors in the Boston, New York and Chicago markets whom have a unique insight to the consumer and has well established relationships with local influencers/tastemakers.

Key Accountabilities:
• Provide general market on and off premise accounts with in-depth product information.
• Drive menu placements, trainings and bottle sales in the on and off premise.
• Conduct brand training, education and tastings.
• Conduct sampling evenings in pubs and bars in local markets.
• Use expertise to expand network of key consumers (influencers & opinion makers) to increase brand loyalty and consumption.
• Plan and execute high profile PR events with local influencers.
• Report on program results.
• Manage locally driven budgets and Travel and Entertainment expenses.
• Identify promotion opportunities to grow volume based on account needs.
• Communicate and work with Account Manager to ensure proper implementation.
• Follow up with on-premise account after each event as to their needs for post-promotion product reorder.
• Brand Ambassador is expected to familiarize him/herself with all brands and competitive on-premise promotions and their components.
• Maintain updated target account list for new placement.
• Brand Ambassador should maintain target account records.
• Keep management informed on customer activities, sales trends and competitive activity in the territory.
• Maintain adequate, well-organized inventories of POS materials needed to support target account activities.
• Attend and actively participate in all Agency status meetings as requested by management.
• Develop a monthly activity report that measures all accomplishments for the month (i.e. distribution, key wins, and competitive activity).
• Communicate on a weekly basis via conference calls and the Brand Ambassador Monthly Report to Agency; provide feedback on events attended.

Knowledge/Skills

• Candidate must have ability to interact with customers, speak with authority about the brand and its heritage.
• Established relationships with influencers and insight into the Agency’s target consumers in the local market.
• Interest in learning and educating on beers.
• Ability to educate and communicate with consumers/trade in an effective manner.
• Has a flexible schedule; evening/weekend availability.
• Strong verbal and public speaking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize responsibilities and workload.
• Self-starter, Outgoing, charismatic personality.
• Stylish appearance and in depth understanding of target consumer and on-premise accounts.
• Bartending background preferred, but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
