Fusion STILL NEEDS BA's in Chicago

Overview: Each project has different parameters with unique client requirements. As an independent contractor you have the right to bid/apply for each job that you believe meets your skills or talents with respect to the project requirements. Read all of the project requirements listed below and log into www.fusiongateway.com to apply/bid on this project. Your W-9 form and IC agreement must be signed prior to working your shift. If you are chosen for this project, proper post event timesheets/invoicing must be submitted to the Fusion Account Manager within 48 hours of project completion in order to receive payment in a timely manner.

Client Staffing Request: 48 Brand Ambassadors

Brand Ambassadors- All staff must be outgoing, engaging and positive while promoting this bar event OUTSIDE with a smile :)

Client Specified Program Dates: December 11 in San Francisco, Chicago, New York

Client Specified Program Hours: BA- 5pm-7pm

(Client has requested all vendors arrive early to avoid being late. A back up will be onsite and take your position if you are late)

Event Rate: BA- $17/hr

Flat rate of $20 for the onsite back up. As the backup, you must show up on site to see if you are needed. If needed, you will work the full shift and be paid the shift rate. If you are not needed, you can go home and will be paid a flat rate of $20.

Client Directed Event Location(s): Exact meeting location TBD

Client Directed Staff Responsibilities:

BA- Follow team leads direction and actively engage consumers in this bar buzz event. MUST be able to stay positive while being outside in ANY element. Do not book yourself if you cannot handle the cold.

BA = Ushers-----

  • Flash mob in place. Everyone will be well dressed and stationed in the area the street teams were the night before.
  • We will have 50+ team members executing on two different levels. A select few will be roaming the area handing out additional coasters and telling the consumers to keep an eye out for the Duvel Green "ushers".
  • Our "ushers" will then be stationed on corners surrounding the specific Duvel Green locations within a two to three block radius. Literally we will have a person on every corner!
  • Each "usher" will be mysterious, well-dressed (with the flair being the green scarf) luring select individuals in with an expression, a gesture, or an intro question or phrase that gets them intrigued, also carrying a flashlight with green film over the light end.
  • The "ushers" are there to help consumers with the coaster to find the Duvel Green location. First they will check the coaster for the Admit One, then flash them in the right direction, almost handing them off to the "usher" on the next corner.
  • He in turn will use his green flashlight to hand them off to the next corner and so on, and so on. Until the consumer is led to the nearest Duvel Green location.
  • All of this activity on the Friday night is further supported by the Building Illuminations, also promoting the Duvel Green glass giveaway and reinforcing the activity on the street.

Client Preferred Attire: Look like you make $100k plus, well dressed wearing a black suit/over coat-Men or black pea coat and black dress slacks- women (no skirts), black gloves, black dress shoes- no sneakers--(If you show up not dressed appropriately, you will be sent home.)
